"Gadget's Garage"

Hey Kids! Join us this summer at St. Mark's Vacation Bible School! This year's theme is: "Gadget's Garage", where the kids will enjoy learning about Jesus using an archeologist's theme!

The theme Bible verse is:
“We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."
Ephesians 2:10

This five-session program meets every day from 9:00am-12noon, Monday through Friday, July 20-24.

Highlights from 2008

Kids meet Gadget, our teen genius. Gadget spends lots of time tinkering in his workshop creating unique inventions out of old items that are found around the house. Together Gadget, Gizmo, and all of you will go on great adventures and encounter the wonders of God's indescribable love in Christ and His eternal Word.

NOW is the time to sign your kids up for our exciting Vacation Bible School where the Children will know and experience God’s love in Christ as they experience Gadget's Garage in every Bible story, craft, skit, activity, game, and snack.

As God has richly blessed St. Mark, the entire program is being provided for free. That's right! There is no charge for any part of this wonderful experience for your children.

Register by calling Glenn at the church office at (408) 736-6605 or by mailing a copy of the online Registration Form to St. Mark. To print the form, you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader (Download Adobe Acrobat Reader).

A Mighty Wonder !
A Water Wonder !
A Growing Wonder!
A Glowing Wonder!
A Risen Wonder !

Each hands-on, interactive lesson in the 5-day program challenges kids to discover how God's promises keep them on course.

Friday Evening Celebration

Join everyone on Friday evening from 5:30 to 8:30pm as we celebrate the completion of VBS week. This is an opportunity for friends and family to the kids crafts, their decorated classrooms and to understand what VBS is about!

Sunday Children's Service

On Sunday morning, July 26th at 10am, the children will be leading the worship service using the same "Gadget's Garage" theme! Come join the kids as they summarize their week's studies from the Bible. It's a great opportunity for the children to share what they learned about God during the week.

What is VBS:

Vacation Bible School is a Christian program to teach the word of God to children from Pre-School through 6th grade, with 7th and 8th graders serving as helpers. The program is presented through Bible study, crafts, singing and playing.
