The Parish Hall floor originally was a two-colored checkerboard pattern, that even included two shuffle board game areas.
However, over the years of hard usage, the floor began to take on a multicolored, multi-patterned look as broken tiles were replaced with various tile colors that could be found.
With the scheduled replacement date being the latter part of May 2002, St. Mark looks forward to a new floor, ready for many more years of hard use and memories.
